COVID-19 Prevention
Any organization or business tabling at V-Fest is recommend to wear a face mask. Sanitary cleaning products will be provided, to wipe down areas and surfaces after a dozen or so engagements with the community.
Sanitary stations will be available guests. We recommend every guest to wear a face mask and wash (sanitize) hands before entering the event area. (We will offer free face masks to every guest).
In addition, we will have a field team present at the event to make sure things are safe for guests. They will walk around to check the flow of traffic, if anyone is demonstrating illness, making sure areas are clean, and encouraging social distancing (if large groups form around tables/stage). Each vendor table will have a sign to remind and engage visitors to social distance (6ft). Vendors are spaced out (10ft or more).
